Shena is an in-network provider with Cigna, Aetna, Regence, Premera, Kaiser (PPO plans only), Medicare, Asuris Northwest, First Choice Health, and LifeWise Assurance. Many plans will cover nutrition services at 100%.  

In calling to verify benefits, you will need to reference the legal entity J.Nutrition, LLC DBA The Eating Disorder Vault. 

Pricing:
$180- 55 minute consultation if paid at the time of service.
$220- 55 minute visit if paid later than the time of service.

Packages (for self pay clients if designated at the time of first consultation):
$800- 6 Sessions
$1500- 12 sessions
