J.Nutrition, LLC does not guarantee that using information, worksheets, meal-planning tools, educational resources, videos, articles, or other materials provided through Eating Disorder Vault will produce any particular health, treatment, recovery, financial, professional, or other outcome.
Educational resources should be used with appropriate individual judgment and, when appropriate, in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, useful, and evidence-informed information.

Purchasing, downloading, viewing, or otherwise accessing Eating Disorder Vault content does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or a separate license accompanying a particular product, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, upload, publicly post, or commercially exploit Eating Disorder Vault materials without prior written permission from J.Nutrition, LLC.
PERSONAL USE OF DOWNLOADABLE RESOURCES
Unless otherwise stated on a product or download page, resources intended for individuals in recovery, family members, caregivers, or other personal users are licensed for personal use only.
You may download and print reasonable copies for your own personal use.
You may not:

- Post the complete resource publicly
- Share purchased files with others in place of their obtaining their own copy
- Remove copyright, attribution, branding, or ownership notices
- Claim the resource as your own
- Include the resource in a product, course, membership, or resource library without written permission
- Modify and redistribute the resource as your own work
Purchase of a digital product is a license to use the product as permitted by these Terms. It is not a transfer of copyright.
USE BY HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
Eating Disorder Vault creates certain resources specifically for registered dietitians, therapists, physicians, counselors, educators, and other healthcare or helping professionals.
Unless a particular product states otherwise, an individual professional who purchases or downloads a resource designated for professional or clinical use may:
- Use the resource as an educational tool in their own work with individual clients or patients
- Print reasonable copies for individual clients or patients they personally serve
- Discuss or work through the material during individual treatment or educational sessions
- Provide an individual client or patient with a copy when doing so is part of that professional’s direct work with that individual
This permission does not transfer ownership of the material or permit unrestricted redistribution.
Unless specifically authorized by a separate license, professionals may not:
- Upload the resource to a public website
- Upload the resource to a shared organizational drive, intranet, electronic health record resource library, or other system for unrestricted staff or patient access
- Email or distribute the resource broadly to a mailing list
- Sell or sublicense the resource
- Include it in a paid course, membership, training, workshop, or commercial program
- Remove Eating Disorder Vault branding or copyright information
- Modify the resource and represent it as their own
- Provide copies to other professionals in place of those professionals obtaining their own authorized copy
- Use the resource as an organization-wide resource without an appropriate license or written permission
Clinicians remain responsible for determining whether a resource is appropriate for a particular client or patient.
Eating Disorder Vault materials are educational tools and do not replace individualized clinical judgment, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, or medical care.
ORGANIZATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
A purchase or free download by one individual does not automatically grant a clinic, hospital, treatment center, university, school, group practice, company, nonprofit organization, or other organization an unlimited license to reproduce or distribute Eating Disorder Vault materials.
Organizations wishing to distribute resources broadly, include them in programs, provide them to multiple clinicians, or otherwise use them beyond individual authorized use should contact Eating Disorder Vault regarding permission or licensing.
Any separate organizational, commercial, or extended-use license will control where its terms differ from these general Terms.
FREE RESOURCES
Eating Disorder Vault may make certain resources available at no cost.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, free resources remain the intellectual property of J.Nutrition, LLC and are subject to the same copyright and usage restrictions applicable to paid resources.
“Free” means there is no purchase price. It does not mean the material is copyright-free or in the public domain.
You may share a link directing others to the original Eating Disorder Vault page where the resource can be obtained.
You may not upload or redistribute the complete resource elsewhere unless permission is expressly granted.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Eating Disorder Vault sells digital educational products, which may include PDFs, workbooks, worksheets, guides, meal-planning tools, or other downloadable materials.
Because digital products may become accessible immediately following purchase, specific refund or satisfaction-guarantee terms may be provided on the applicable product page or at checkout.
Any refund policy or guarantee displayed for a particular product at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
Except where required by law or expressly provided by the applicable refund policy, purchase of a digital product does not create an unlimited right to return or refund the product after access has been provided.
If access to a refunded digital product can be revoked, J.Nutrition, LLC reserves the right to revoke continued access following the refund.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe products, resources, pricing, and included materials.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product descriptions, change prices, modify products, discontinue resources, or change availability at any time.
Changes to pricing do not entitle previous purchasers to a refund or price adjustment unless otherwise stated.

If you create or receive account credentials, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for activity occurring through your account.

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical problems, third-party providers, internet outages, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or other disruptions.
NO WARRANTIES
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eating Disorder Vault, its Site, and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
J.Nutrition, LLC makes no guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every user’s individual needs.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, J.Nutrition, LLC disclaims warranties that may otherwise apply to the Site or its content, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, J.Nutrition, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, Eating Disorder Vault or its educational resources.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Users remain responsible for obtaining individualized professional care and determining how educational information is applied to their own circumstances.
